If you are on the fence about this service or are looking for other offers, I would highly recommend that you stick with this one. I ordered an ebook for the first time ever and did not really know what to expect. I received my TOC within a day or so and my ebook several days later. I read through the ebook and was not pleased with it. I emailed Aaron and he responded to me quickly and I could tell by his email that he had looked at the quality of the writing and knew it was not up to his standards. He profusely apologized to me and said he was trying out a new writer. He said he would get his staff on it my ebook immediately for me and do it over from scratch. I received the ebook a couple of days later and I have to say that it was very well done!! I am very pleased with the work. I just want to let everyone know that the customer service I received was great!! I will definitely use them again.
