This is what I have been using to rank my websites and 10+ of my websites have improved and many are on the first page now as soon as a month and some (the more difficult, 1,000,000+ in quotes with authority competition... PR and aged) are still climbing.

Also it has helped bring back sites into the top 10 pages that I believed had been "google slapped" from using other services into the last pages and has been surprisingly reliable at ranking new sites while I was testing.

To give you a general idea I go after keywords that are average 500k+ in quotes, a medium / hard amount of competition and at least 5,000 exact match per month.

Most of the time warriors provide some incentive to leave a review if they return and leave a review. I ask my customers to leave reviews and believe word of mouth is very important, however I do not *pay* for reviews like some do. I have not had one person that has ordered lose their rankings, and about 95% have seen increases, most now on the first page. Also most are repeat customers as well.
