Designer: Graphics Redesign

I have 10 reseller rights products with graphics .

1. I want to use the same graphic designs ( I have all the source files )

2. I want to rename the products with a new title and subtitle

3. I want the changes in title and subtitle to be made using the original graphics

4. Does anyone see any issues that might be of concern with this approach

5. Is anyone interested in doing this for me. I have $150.00-$200.00 to spend
