Got my cover in less than 12 hours. It looks good and I could use it for my sales page (meaning, it's good enough to use as is) without any modification.

Dirk thanks for the offer of a Kindle cover for my next book. I am glad that I was one of the lucky ones to try out your new service. You were very responsive to my requests and you delivered my Kindle cover quickly too. Thanks and I am sure you will get lots of orders with the popularity of Kindle publishing right now.

I ordered it, I tweaked it a little and then I was delivered just what I was looking for so what else could you ask for!
