After 7 days of waiting for an article, I finally got it. Unfortunately, I'm not impressed with the results. It's obvious they documented a little on the topic, but not too much, because there are some groups of words that don't make too much sense, once you take them out of the context. I know the original articles from where they might have documented themselves, but they way they put it in my article it's sort of...out of the blue.

Anyway, overall I'd give them a 7.5 out of 10, but I wouldn't use the article on my main site. It's ok for 1st tier or other sites which don't have real readers

Well, the fact that they gave me the article after a week it's not a big deal, but what bothered me a little is that in the email with the article, they also "presented" me some link building service they offer. I'm not interested in that. I wanted my article, that's why I contacted them. For link building offers, I can browse the forum. This gave me the impression of...trying to bait you into buying some more stuff from them, while they should have focused more on the article writing service, since that's what I was interested in.

Anyway, it's time to get over it and try some other writers

There are plenty of offers, and while I found a great service provider, I'm willing to test other writers also.
