Hello I'm looking to hire a full time/part time web guy...

Or just someone to help me create 3 sniper websites to start.

I'm looking to create a couple sniper sites something like this structure wise : http://www.foodstogainweight.org/ (just with different content of course)

Key requirements for my page :

Branded Pop-up to engage ppl immediately.
design/graphics, etc., opt in form, content I could insert from writers writing articles for me.
