The content itself isn't free. Me going into your admin area to post the articles that you've paid for is free. (i.e. instead of delivering the articles via email, I'll post them to your blog and pre-schedule each one to be published every 2-3 days)

The SEO that I do (for these particular packages) is all on-site. I do offer article marketing campaigns (natural link-building through article syndication) as an add-on for the more competitive niches. All of this will be determined after the keyword research.
