If your site is 100% perfect, and has no room left to improve, then stop reading.

Still here? Perhaps you're thinking you could improve something on any one of your websites?

What if I offered to give you some suggestions on how to fix, improve, even expand on what you have now? I'm going to make time this next week (7 days from the posting of this thread) to spend about an 1 hour with you (Ideally on skype) reviewing your website and giving you my opinion on as many aspects of the site as I can come up with. Tools, design, SEO, sales, etc... I'll answer questions as well.

So, you might be wondering why 7 days only. That's a good question. The reason is this - my time is valuable, and I'm very busy. 1 hour per day is a significant investment of time, no matter how you slice it. I'm usually coding my butt off for at least $100 per hour. I'm going to go a little below $100 per hour here to see what happens.

Want to get a brief synopsis of me? Read this. As you can see, I have my hands in all sorts of projects. I'm a coder first and foremost, and while I have a client base that I work for consistently, I'm a little bored with coding all day. I need something to break up the monotony.

Everyone has problems with their websites, including you.

I see a lot of crazy stuff going on in some of your websites. Some of it, you may not even know is a problem.

Still skeptical about what I can do? I can provide actual examples of some work once we have a conversation. I just recently rolled out a complete eCommerce revision for a $5-million dollar+ mail order business that has been around since the late 70's and on the internet selling since the late 90's. These folks were so early in the eCommerce game, they have a one-word domain name. We revamped their site, I sourced their designer, I built their tools, complete with custom features, and put them back in the game. They were doing okay, but they were pissing away almost $20,000 a year on support not including licensing on their previous, outdated, crappy eCommerce solution. Their initial few months look like this as compared to the previous year:

You can see their visits are down about 5% while they have done the Google dance, and also, they simply haven't done their SEO work on the new site. I finally told them to have me do it because they are too busy. But, take another look. Look at the numbers in green. Those changes are dramatic, overnight improvements. My design partner and I threw our expertise at it. No black-hat SEO either. They hired 8 new people to help with their business. I was told in email that their sales were up roughly 30% over the previous year, and that with 5% LESS visitors. That hiccup in traffic you see in May? They forgot to hook up Google Analytics, and I caught it for them.

People think its all about the look, the copy, the marketing. I can safely say, that's only part of the solution to success. The tools do matter, very much so.

Let's face it - most people simply don't have the wrench time I have under the hood of the Internet. Sometimes you just need an independent expert opinion. Let's see what we can do!

Hi Surfers,

Thanks very much for asking! Since I'm not sure exactly what a trial would consist of, why don't you tell me what you think is a fair review trial and we can work something out. I'm at my best personally when I can riff off of people.
