I am a software developer that is interested in taking on some new projects. Basically, I want to build what you want to sell. I’ve already contacted a few Warriors who were looking for development help and am looking forward to working with them - hopefully I can team up with a couple others as well from this post.

I’ll avoid all the fluff and just list the skill-set I bring to the table and how I would rate myself at each:

HTML/CSS - Expert
Javascript / JQuery - Advanced
PHP/MySQL - Advanced
vb.NET (Web/Desktop Applications) - Intermediate

I don’t do graphics, but can easily take a graphic design/psd to full functioning website - have done so hundreds of times.

However, what I’m truly looking for is interesting web-based projects or applications. I am not all that interested in Wordpress work (burnt out on that platform), and I am not all that interested in small-simple tasks (aka, installations, etc) - but would consider both for the right project/person/price.

I don’t have a true hourly rate, I’d much rather provide a full quote based on a detailed outline of what your project entails. And if you’re a Warrior who has a proven track-record of product sales, I’d be interested in possibly entertaining a JV in which a small amount was paid upfront and the rest was on some sort of % split.

Other noteworthy things, I’m a US based developer (Texas) and I’m not a “company” (I know some people try to avoid those) - I’m an individual programmer. Will I cost more than outsourcing to a development team overseas? Most likely. I'm sure you are also most likely aware of the benefits to *not* outsourcing.
