HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND TIME ?
About 14 business days for each 1-5 minutes. If your video longer than 5 minutes, it will take more time.

We can give you cheaper rate if you order more than 10 minutes (can be divided into several videos, for example 3 videos @4 minutes each, 12 minutes in total)

If you order below 5 minutes, you should pay fully in front. But if you order above 5 minutes, we will accept partial 50% upfront payment, and the other 50% can be paid after the video finished.

Decent quality but $249 per minute is unnecessary for my series of companies. If I'm going to spend in the mid hundreds, I might as well go with truscribe then, right? What's your argument to that?

Hi Josh,
this is old thread that is created when we still building our business. as for $249 per minute, not it's not available anymore, we sell our work for at least $349 per minute now.

as for your opinion, there are many whiteboard video creator out there, maybe you like the style from one creator, maybe you like another one. if you feel that truscribe that suit you the best, it's your choice. I won't compare our work with them, nor with another whiteboard video creator company/person. you can hire anyone from $5 whiteboard creator in fiverr to some companies that charge you $1000/minute for whiteboard video, right ?

and I believe truscribe didn't charge you somewhere in $249/minute, at least $500/minute or above I think. but maybe I'm wrong.
