Have been very happy with this service up till these couple of weeks. For some reason Desmond stopped replying to any emails before my order was completed. I've sent about 5-6 emails over the course of 2+ weeks and didn't get anything back so now I'm forced to open a dispute with paypal. It's such a shame because the articles were good and was really looking forward to using him long term.
