I am here to offer my services as a professional in the support industry, with more than five years of experience, providing low-cost, high quality, customer support for a variety of projects in the IM/Forex niches.

Support is a very important component of any serious IM project. I've have had many emails and phone calls from happy customers thanking for help and assistance - this obviously has a knock on effect and gives a good impression of the product vendor, helping to effectively minimize refund and chargeback rates.

Having experience with a number of different products, many that may be known to you (these include Forex robots, a Forex brokerage, a number of IM software and SEO services), I have had the chance to try myself in a number of roles, which include written/phone/remote support, cold calls, as well as a management position in a support team. My pricing on the other hand, may be slightly higher than the average outsourcing solution, but it is absolutely worth the money: supreme quality, professionalism and diligence in my work is rivaling and even surpassing to what you can get by hiring a domestic support rep for much more!
