I've been using Photoshop for five years now and have accumulated a fairly substantial amount of experience in the designing genre. I'm more than capable of creating whatever it is that you need and if I cannot successfully satisfy your needs I'll guarantee you your money back. My skill set goes as far as Photoshop goes, meaning if it can be done in Photoshop, I'm your guy (in other words, I'll create your website design, but I won't be coding it with css/html).
