Sick of re-writing your re-writes?

I came into the world of IM rather late in life - just 6 months ago to be precise. One of the things that surprised me most was the poor quality of content that I received when I outsourced it.

Few people like writing their own content. Apart from anything else it's not a good use of most people's time is it? But what's the answer?

Re-writing software? Well, I've tried two different pieces of kit and the results were appalling! At the time I was going to re-write an information piece about the points to consider when purchasing an electric drill. My original copy referred to the differences in electric charge. The re-writes referred to "electric cost" and "electric fee"! And that's just one example out of more than I care to think of! And if you set the software up to re-write a whole article without sticking to original paragraphs then you end up with something that is almost comical.

What about going to the usual sources for freelances? Well, my own experience is that it's no better. In some cases you only have to look at the way the bids are written to know that you need to stay well away!

So, with a keen eye to a business opportunity (like the rest of you), I have decided to set myself up as a freelance writer.

My fee will be what seems to be the standard ie, $1 per hundred words.

Now you may think that as a newbie I should charge less, particularly as I have no samples. Well, to be honest with you, I think that writers generally get poor remuneration for the job they do and the value they add. So in fact, when I have proved myself my fees will be going up!

But what I will do is this: I will not ask for payment until you have approved the job! Wait until you see the quality and only when you accept that it is as good as I say it will be, will I send you my paypal details. All I ask is that you post a testimonial after completion and payment and you give me permission to show the work I have done for you. I can't say fairer than that can I?

I'll do this for the first 5 customers so that it will be me that will be taking the risk.

Everyone has to start somewhere and that means someone has to give them a chance to prove themselves. At least I am giving you the facility to do so without risk.

Oh, and by the way, I'm a native Englishman but if required I will Americanize the writing I do for you!

As I can't PM yet, please contact me by skype: charlie.ratcliffe10

Thanks for reading this far and I hope to be of service to you soon.
