For on-page Optimization:

1. I can index site in yahoo, google, bing.
2. XML Sitemap creation and submission
3. Searching less competitive keyword for better SERP. I use
wordtracker, adwords, seo toolkits, google wonder wheel.
4. Writing Meta Keyword and Meta Description, H1, H2 and Image alt Creation.
5. On page optimization in Joomla and Word press etc.
6. I am skilled in HTML, Smiles Code; BB code so you can depends on me.
7. I will make your website rank to number 1 in google, yahoo, bing

For Off-page Optimization:

1. Forum posting and forum profile backlink including signature.
2. Social Book marking with major do-follow social sites.
3. Directory Submissions with high page rank directories.
4. Do follow High PR Blog comments in related websites.
5. RSS submission
6. Pinging all the backlink for better result.
7. Article submission and press release etc.
8. I will ensure that W3C validation is carried out at the end of
every month and will sent report accordingly
9. I will send Detailed excel report daily
10. I will be available to chat on Skype any time
11. I will regularly provide Suggestions/recommendations to improve site
12. I will surely do Result orientated work

You can pay me a one time payment of 100dollars for two to three months of work, it depends on the keywords

yes you have posted in wrong i know you want work but you have to use resources like odesk,freelancer,elance to move on and here also.
