• When I order one of your plans, do you provide the updates automatically and If not, why?

Every wordpress website we manage are updated manually by our trained developers. The reason for this is because automatic updates can be very dangerous if you do not know what you are updating to. Sometimes those updates can cause your SEO plugins to not function, or your affiliate codes to stop work. We check all these before and after each update to ensure everything works the way as it should.

• How long does it take to have my account setup?

Your account is setup almost instantly upon payment. You also receive your instructions to submit your requests for us to work on ASAP.

• Will I be notified once my request has been completed?

We always keep you updated on the progress we have made. Everything you submit to us enters our queue system to be handled in a systematic order so no one gets left behind or forgotten!

CMS, website and plugin updates - We will update your core CMS installation to the latest builds. If there were any issues with the extensions we will either try to update those as well or recommend any alternative if it cannot be fixed.

Security Checks, Unlimited Malware scans and removals - We will regularly scan your website for any issues as it relates to security holes or backdoors. If any are found, we will quickly resolve those issues. If you become infected, we will remove any malware found on your website and restore your site to a safe time before you were hacked. We also recommend having a backup solution in place even if you do not use our service.
