I have to make an exception in this case. Spesialis responded to a post I put up a couple days ago.

Before responding to me, he went out to my site had a look through it and responded with a page full of ideas and suggestions.

Included were step by step instructions on how to do all the things he suggested. In ten minutes, he resolved a month of frustration.

It is one thing to understand how to do things. It is another skill entirely to be able to pass that knowledge along in a way anyone can understand.
