Q: How long till the order finish?
A: 3-4 days

Q: My logo is not vector, png or PSD.
A: Just contact us before ordering. We can retrace your logo for $35 and send you PSD, png transparent and vector format. This can be used for future reference if you need your logo on product package, shirt or business card.

Q: I'm in a hurry, need 48 hour delivery
A: For fast delivery just contact us before or after purchase

Q: Final Delivery File?
A: Logo Bumper : mp4 Logo Mockup : JPEG/PNG

Q: Did i get the source file?
A: Sorry, we are not giving/selling the source files.
