If you're like me, when you see a large price tag marked out with a smaller one below it you think, "Bullsh*t."

Well, I can assure you this isn't.

I run a small interface design agency, and we are launching a new product. The product is what we call "SmartSights." It's a smarter, higher-converting website.

Typically we won't touch a website for less than $3,000 and most sites with a purpose-driven goal aren around the neighborhood of $5,000. With that being said, you can't very well ask that price tag for a product with no reviews.

Which brings us to the Warrior Forum. We're offering 10 of these SmartSights sites to 10 different people for $500 instead of $5,000 in exchange for reviews.

We're looking for a very particular kind of client as well. To be frank, there's a small chance we'll end up working together. We might not be right for you, and you might not be right for us; however, if the chemistry is right, the sky is the limit. If not, we will part ways.

As you can tell, I'm not a big fan of bullish*t. So no fake reviews. The sites in the graphic above: "Sweetness Factory" & "The Alliance" are the two that have been done. The Sweetness Factory was done as a donation since they're a non-profit and The Alliance one was done for the normal asking price since he's a former client and knows that he is in good hands.

Is SmartSights right for my project?

Great question. We've found that our SmartSights format isn't for everyone. SmartSights is, however, ideal for the following types of projects:

Launch a business
Drive app downloads
Take pre-orders
Promote a new product
Generate sign-ups
Sell your book

If your project falls outside one of these goals it doesn't mean we can't build a SmartSights site for you; but there are some projects that require something other than this. This fit isn't a qualitative reflection of your project, it's more of a technical and logistical issue of working within the SmartSights delivery process.

I want the best colors and fonts for the best conversion rates, period! Can you guys do that?

If you're only looking for the best colors and fonts to push conversions, SmartSights may not be your cup of tea. Unfortunately, the most beautifully designed sites do not always provide the highest conversion rates. On the other hand, a well designed site provides the user with a sense of trust and security. SmartSights is a happy medium between design and performance. SmartSights offers a directed user experience similar to a landing page but with story-driven design and interactions that deliver more information and create an emotional brand connection.

2 weeks! That's fast! Is it two weeks from the time I make my deposit?

Not quite. We need some information from you first. In order to provide custom design within two weeks we've created a highly streamlined process. That process starts with an extensive questionnaire to help us understand your project better. It's the self-service version of the full design agency discovery process. You'll need to complete it in order to get the ball rolling.

Once we review your questionnaire, we'll evaluate the project to see if it's a good fit for SmartSights. We also need all copy and assets (images, logos, etc.) for the site and signed client agreement and payment before we do our initial kickoff call. The clock starts as soon as that kickoff call is complete. A straightforward SmartSights project takes approximately 14 days to complete.

Will you connect it to my existing site?

Yes.

How will my site be delivered?

We deliver layered PSD's and HTML/CSS/JS files, and installation where needed.

Do you offer hosting for my SmartSights site?

No, but we will give you a list of recommended hosts that offer both great pricing and performance.

How is my website going to be "smarter"?

We load up your site with analytics to provide actionable insights. We also offer a 30 day check in to suggest ways your site can evolve to improve performance.

Can I include a video?

Yes, but it needs to be hosted somewhere else (YouTube, Vimeo).

Can I include images?

Yes, you can have many images, even a slider full of them.

Will you provide the copy?

You provide all copy. We're happy to help make suggestions to best fit your SmartSights site if need be, but we won't write it for you.

Can I have a form to collect information?

Yes. Even if you don't have any email-collection service (i.e. MailChimp, Wufoo, etc.).

SmartSights is Pageless? What do you mean?

Each SmartSights site is one long scrolling page, top to bottom. There aren't any extra pages or navigation. SmartSights is a concise, interactive, compelling story told through fantastic design in a seamless, single page layout.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Absolutely. If we end up not being able to deliver on time or what we promise, then you get every penny back.

How are payments done?

Once we receive and go over your questionnaire, we will decide if SmartSights is a good fit for you. If it is, we will collect the content, pictures, etc. and send you an invoice for half. Once the project is complete and you are satisfied, then, and only then, will you need to pay the balance.
