The following is a review of Nate Olsen's Google Places AKA Google + Local Expert:
I signed on with Nate about 1 month ago. I had previously paid another provider for the same services for more money & the job was very poorly done. I was left with a confusing mess of multiple listings, outdated info. & disarray of our Google listings. We were not showing up for any local searches. I looked to find someone to help for a few months until I found Nate here on the WF. I was a bit hesitant at first thinking for such a low price of only $150 what was I really going to get. Well upon first communication Nate provided detailed info of what he would do. He said he would produce screen shots & reports. He always replied to my emails quickly. I knew things were on the right track.
Now it's been officially 1 month & the results received thus far are terrific! I just got reports & detailed info from Nate with screenshots to show his work. He is very thorough, consistent & a true pro in every sense. We have come up significantly in the local searches for some very important key terms. Our listings have all been cleaned up, updated & otherwise optimized. Nate Geo coded pictures & videos as well to help our rankings. How exactly do you rank the Google Listings? Also, does the service include you ranking other citations for the clients business name as the keyword?

I am sorry but I am not selling a "how to" service I have been ranking listings for the past 7 years and have dedicated years of my time to educate and figure out new ranking tactics of my own and to just give that info to anyone wouldn't be a very wise move, But I always offer to help or give advice to those who own business's or have specific problems with there listings but in no means would that ever include my ranking tactics.

Citations should rank for the clients business name as a keyword naturally as long as they were setup correctly.

Hey Nate, I am about to bring on 2 new clients, meeting on Monday One of which does NOT have a website. Do they need a website right now to rank in the 7 pack or can you get them there with Google +? If just Google + page, then I can pitch that to them right away and then build them a website etc.,

The other client does have a website.

It's pretty important right now to have a website, Google scrapes it for categories etc.. its a good rule of thumb to have one since the latest update, Unless its a very small industry and not much competition then I have ranked and seen listings ranking in the pack but I still recommend a website with content about 3 paragraphs per page. I have been working with Nathan now for almost a year and here is what I can tell you:

1. you will be dealing with an honest gentleman directly.
2. Nathan knows what he is doing. I am ranking in the A spot for EXTREMELY competitive key words
3. Nathan keeps up to date as the ever changing Google keeps doing what they do best, Nathan gets you back on top quickly and provide stability to your listing.
4. I have had my listing completely deleted, and Nathan was able to bring it back quickly.
5. My competition told me this, and I quote "WE ARE SICK TO OUR STOMACH" due to how good my listings are!
6. I have dealt with other folks from over seas that use automated software. Great fast results, that would disappear in a week.
7. Enough said, just enroll and be patient....it does take time, and that's a good thing, 'cause that's how you know it's the real deal.

Nathan worked on my Google Places account in February and five of my key words in my local market improved in ranking significantly in Goggle's seven pack (now 3 "A"; 1 "B" & 2"C") & one keyword was uncharged in "A" position. However, more important than ranking is the impact on opt-ins and ultimately conversions. For February 2015, my website received 22 opt-ins and we converted ten opt-ins to Members, generating almost $9000 in contract value! Not a bad return for $175!
