I have a quote from a gentleman that did a very good job of breaking down what I need in the programming and development of this website. I would like to find someone that can do it all if possible (SEO, design, programming, content, marketing).

So you can get an idea of what I need, here is the quote the man sent me. Please take the time to look this over and tell me if you can provide some, if not all of this service.

The only detail he did not include was the Facebook or LinkedIn type profile capability. I didn't decide on that until afterwards.

Another issue is the fact that I only want the features from these websites. They look and feel rather boring.
