For a limited time only, I’m taking on new clients and opening up my services to Warriors at a ridiculous price.

What sort of content do you write?

What’s more I can write about most topics, although the price varies a little depending on exactly what you require (see below).

What are your prices?

I pride myself on producing high quality, well-researched work – but that doesn’t mean that I cost the earth to hire.

For a limited time only, I'm offering special rates to Warriors!

$0.04 - $0.08 per word - this is my price for standard articles, blog posts, reports, etc. The price varies depending on the type of content you require and the amount of research I need to put into it. For example, an article on “colon irrigation treatments” would require me to do a lot of research and therefore would be charged at the upper end of the scale, whereas an article on "internet marketing" would be charged towards the lower end.

$0.08 - $0.10 per word - this is my price for pieces in a journalistic style - for example, in-depth magazine style articles, press releases, etc.

I can also write sales copy (e.g website copy) starting from $60 per page (around 500 words).

What is your turnaround time?

When you place your order I will let you know how long it will take me to do the work. I aim to complete most orders within 2 to 4 working days (often sooner). Your satisfaction is my top priority!

As is the case when looking at anything to do with diet and health, a wholesomely healthy diet starts with a good balance between differing types of food and the providers of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Each are very important to the brain; for example, carbohydrates provide fuel to your brain, fats help to build it, proteins unite it and micronutrients act to defend it. Note also that brain nutrition can only work properly if the right balance of other nutrients is available to the body. That’s why it is essential that your diet as a whole is balanced and healthy.

Omega-3 Rich Foods – Fish, walnut oil and flaxseeds

Omega-3 fatty acid (also known as docosahexaenoic acid – DHA) is very important to the brain and is crucial in the function of brain cell membranes. Foods that are rich in omega-3, such as cod, tuna, salmon, mackerel and sardines, can help to improve your brain cognition and aid your memory. It is also worth noting that fish also contains iodine, which is good for the brain and is an essential aid to brain function and development. Other Omega-3 rich foods include flaxseeds, kiwis and walnut oil. Manufactured products such as margarines and spreads are also often marketed as being rich in Omega-3 oils because of the benefits it provides.

Foods Containing Antioxidants – Fruit and vegetables

Research has shown that antioxidants help to protect neurons in the brain. This helps to prevent or slow down decay in the brain and is said to help prevent diseases such as Alzheimers. Fruit and vegetables such as strawberries, raspberries, oranges, pears spinach, broccoli, and potatoes are known to be rich sources of antioxidants.

Blackcurrant, in particular, is said to be good for the brain because it contains lots of vitamin C, which is a vital vitamin for increasing brain agility and function. Another source is green tea, which also promotes general health and wellbeing.

Tomatoes are also great for the brain because they contain lycopene, a strong antioxidant, which may help prevent diseases such as Alzheimers.

Wholegrain Food

Foods such as cereals, wheatbran and wheatgerm are good for the brain. It’s easy to introduce more wholegrain food – next time you’re cooking pasta, for example, try using wholewheat pasta instead of regular pasta – another great provider of food for the brain!
