Hello, will this work to rank my Indonesian language sites? does the article need to be in Indonesian or english is fine as long as the keyword in indonesian?

Yes, You can have different keywords on all of them for higher anchor diversity. We suggest using 1 link per website for a package for longevity of web 2.0 properties. But if you like you can have 2 links from same website that's upto you.
