Hi Scaramanga,

In tier 2 we are mostly using sites where we can create a contextual link for the most power. We have a large list of sites that we've gathered over time that we can post an article to.

Even on our smallest package we are creating over 50,000 links in our tier 2.

For the Diamond package that is multiplied by 3.

We've actually done a lot of testing on our tiered link building to make it as effective as possible.

Our tests have shown that Google is actually looking at your tier 2 links as well. A lot of people don't realise, you can be penalized for what you're doing in your tier 2, if you don't really understand what you are doing. That's another reason for our use of contextuals in tier 2.

You see a lot of people blasting thousands of spammy blog comments, in their tier 2's, but that's a big footprint that we are staying well away from. We don't consider it safe doing that, and safe rankings are a priority.

We're careful as well to make sure that we are not posting to sites that have been penalized or deindexed in tier 2 and 3, most people aren't taking the time to filter their lists like that.

We have a very safe and effective strategy.

We provide two reports after the work is done. We provide a ranking report, and we provide a report with all the URLs and login details for the Web 2's and PDF and document sharing accounts that we have created.

We don't provide details of our private blog network in the reports. This is to help maintain the privacy and integrity of the network.

We are very confident in our service, but we don't offer a guarantee. This is because there are too many factors relating to the search engines and peoples sites that are beyond our control, work they have had done before, work they continue to do alongside our service, already existing penalties, site issues etc.
