FAQ

Do you offer domain registrations?

Yes we do, but only .com and .net are enabled on our cart right now. If you have another extension you want to register through us feel free to contact me, we are able to register almost every domain extension available but haven't added them all to our cart yet.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are located in Arizona, USA.

Are you a reseller, colo, or use your own data center?

We currently colocate at a major data center.

Do you offer VPs or dedicated hosting?

We do however our pricing for these are currently rather costly. If you are seriously interested PM me and we can discuss your options. We are working on implementing a more cost-effective line of products for these.

Can you migrate my websites from my existing web host to your servers?

If you are currently with a cPanel hosting company we can easily copy your websites over, simply send your account information for your other host to our support team and they will migrate it for you.

If you are hosting with another host that doesn't use cPanel we are happy to discuss your options with you. Generally speaking files are easy to move over, and MySQL databases are easy as well. Where it tends to get tricky is email and other types of data like logfiles and such (as they vary depending on the hosting environment). We cannot guarantee that type of data can be brought over, but we can try.

Regardless of your other hosting environment, we will do it for free.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Generally speaking no, however I am willing to offer a 30 day money-back guarantee to members of Warrior Forum for web hosting services. This guarantee does not extend to domains.

Do you offer discounts if I signup for a year instead of a month?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount if you pay for a year instead of monthly. Combined with one of the promo codes above you can get 35% off a yearly hosting plan with us!

Can I get more bandwidth or storage space?

Absolutely. There are options during the signup process that you can select. If you require more of either contact us prior to ordering to discuss, but generally speaking most websites do not need hundreds of GB of bandwidth or storage (and if you do you probably should be on a dedicated server, or at the very least a VPS).

Do you offer 24/7 support?

We currently offer 24/7 support via our help desk. We are planning to also have 24/7 live chat support up by the summer time. 24/7 phone support is coming, we have a target date of August 31 of this year, but it takes a fair bit of extra costs and infrastruture to offer this and we need to make sure it's setup properly.

How long will it take to setup my hosting account once I order?

All orders are reviewed within 24 hours.
