Gush! The experience is so slow! I had issues signing up and its taking forever to reply by chat talkless of support ticket.

I dont know if this promo has been discontinued or some sort of scam in disguise. I have tried for more than 24 hours to use the promo code but it keeps disappearing. The customer service response time is also poor and the support ticket takes forever to get an answer, unlike my present host. I am staying with my present host, after all, its just $5 difference.

I´ve never had a problem with them in years of renting multiple servers (all with the discount code, etc). Tech Support is always quick, normally within 1 hour and often only 5-10 minutes. It seems strange to me that you are having problems.

That's funny I have been with them for years and never had a problem. Maybe they don't like you cause you're a whiner. Just saying.

Instead of insinuation crap that is not founded, why didn't you just ask. You can see the post has been up for years and more than plenty of reviews on it.

I didn't mean any harm. My complaint was real. I finally signed up using the promo code, I saw the discount but got a notification that my card had been authorized for $58 or so. I had to ask for a cancellation and stay with my current host.

You probably had two years paid in advance marked. They are legit. I have had domains blacklisted and they have no problem giving me a new ip. So it is a true warrior forum host that knows us and knows we might do things a little off white hat.
