Hello,

I have ordered yesterday a VPS from you guys but until now I did not received any feedback, so how much time do you take to deliver the VPS to the client?

No answer from the seller since Thursday....
If am not answered until tonight i will be forced to settle a paypal dispute.

So far all the process was not good at all.

Order thursday, did not received any messaged from the provider.
Yesterday sent a ticket in the morning and after 7-8 hours received the supposed automatic reply... that stated "we will back to you in the next 24-48 hours.

For a service that requires a standard support to me this one sux big time.

I have an hosting that replies in 15 minutes (shared hosting)
My dedicated server provider also replies in 1-2 hours and if i am quite urgent i can call them out.

Then i tried this VPS service and its completely away from my worst expectations...
