Hi Daniel, I'm in, have paid for half year, but coupon code didn't work?!  Purchased anyways to be able to start asap. At the moment waiting for the server to come alive, can't wait to start working with it. Anxious to find out how fast it is. First impression: Must say that chat support is quick but when repeatedly asking for rough estimate when server is setup/ready, no concrete answers - just 'soon' - 'as soon as possible' and 'when payment has been done' ... no immediate setup, as advertised, yet (and yes, payment has been done  ).That's basically answering 'i have no idea' imo; that should be better, especially when you need to plan work. OK, it is weekend at the moment but I hope this will not repeat itself later on, did read some online reviews saying that at moments the support didn't 'support' (read: literally answer) anything. Still hopeful though ... |

You guys state in the sales thread: We utilize Dual Hexa-Core & Dual Octa-Core CPU's Yet at the LA webnx location all you have is a dual quad core dinosaur and you call it eight cores as if it's equal to the sales page statement?? How do I know? I was a client for two weeks. If things have changed , please post here! Thanks. |
