Opened the invoice and it was from BulwarkHost! I have requested to cancel my hosting and my account and i shouldnt worry about anything. All would be done within 24 hours! EVEN when i requested this a invoice popped up in my email. Paid the invoice because i had forgotten to cancel the ongoing payments to BulwarkHost wich was my responsibility to do. I took care of that and my responsibility was done. BulwarkHost! Can you take your responsibility? Doubt it? Your responsibilty is to close my account as requested from my part wich should have been done from the start, and this would never have happend. Happy Business! |

Despite agreeing to our terms upon signing up, you have threatened to post bad reviews on WF if we didn't issue a refund. If you want to close your BulwarkHost client account then we would gladly do that for you, but you will lose access to tickets, email archive, and invoice history unless you have a local copy of them. I would just like to reiterate that even if we had closed your client account prior to this issue, your recurring payment would still have been active and you would still have to login to your PayPal account to cancel it. Hope this explanation clears things up for you. |

Used it for a secondary domain (my main domains are on a VPS), and take a look at this.... http://image.prntscr.com/image/4d65f...52c4c7e653.png And this is just 2 days! (I have records for +30 days). As usual, they say that bla bla bla and so on. By then i was busy with other things but after moving it to another host.... guess what? No downtime. Imho, my worst experience with a "web hosting provider". |
