I want to make a blog with a feature that allows you to download something when you provide an email address. Also make it have a pop up motivating you to subscribe. Where can I get this functionality?

    It's going to depend on what sort of site it is. For example, if you're using WordPress, what you're looking for (and might "search" for) is often referred to as a "WordPress opt-in pop-up".
