What Is Up With All The Fancy Unproductive Themes?

WEB DESIGN

Ive got a family member who wants a localish small business site created. I was given this site as an example of what they want:

www.pcipaintsystems.com

Anyone know where I can get a wp theme similar to this?

All Im turning up right now are themes like these:

www.themeforest.net/tags/small%20business

Seems like the small biz themes Im finding are really flashy and useless for marketing, or they are too simple and look cheap.

Why not go with the Genesis framework and a child theme. There are thousands to pick from, both free and paid and usually, sites built on the Genesis framework are faster than most WP sites.

Ive looked at Genesis, Woothemes Canvas, and Thesis, and these all seem like they are for blog style sites.

So Im still a bit frustrated with the lack of "nice" business local themes available.

There must be someone that makes these kinds of themes?

Clickbmp Local Biz Themes are almost good enough. But they are not as nice looking as that site above.

Nearly all of the business themes on the web are here: Business Themes Archives - Press Castle

I also think PixelThemeStudio is coming out with a theme for small businesses that's something similar to that, but it's still a month or so out.
