I am doing paypal sandbox testing of my payment processes, and in the email I receive for notification of sales it says you have received payment of $22.97 from [my email] (as I am the sandbox buyer) however, in my paypal sandbox notification for the buyer it says you paid $19.97 - this is the item cost.

I see that paypal charges fees for overseas transfers [link] - I don't know if they count a sale as a transfer otherwise I am a bit confused as to where this extra $3 came from. Wondering if anyone here has knowledge of operating online in other countries (Based in UK selling in US) using paypal and what this means? I don't want customers getting charged surprise extras and have discrepancies in the payment process I'm not aware of until it's too late.
