  Before approaching to development, you must have the mandatory knowledge of basics of web development.You must have the knowledge of graphic design services too. You must be able to manage the graphic designs for your website.These basics can be learned well from w3schools and number of other websites too. After that you can make use of U tube Videos where number of tutorials are posted by developers related to website development.

I will recommend lynda.com. It has video tutorials for almost any topic.

Before buying their paid subscription first go to youtube and watch few videos. See if you like coding. If so then go for paid tutorials from lynda.

Search engines can give you everything you need. Just gotta go look for it

Course on the other hand, why do you want to learn it? If you just need or want a website, platforms like wordpress can do just about everything you need, without taking so much time learning. Gets you to earning faster.
