I've just finished setting up my membership site, but I need an example to send
my team for Option Payments boxes. I can't find one.

Here's what I need:

Option 1 - Monthly payment of $9.97 (plus One Time Start Up Fee = $47)

Box
Option 2 - One time payment of $97/year - save $20 (plus One Time Start up fee = $47)

That's the basic text.
Anyone see any sites that have something similar to show my team?
