Is there a Plugin that creates video sales page with FORCED email submit in order to hit BUY button?

Is there a plugin or software that has feature for creating video sales page with forced email submit in order to click on the buy button ?
like Google sniper sales page: http://gsniper.com/?hop=0
I have seen some video sales pages where you can not click on BUY button unless you put in your email then you can click on BUY button to get redirected to the payment page.
any suggestion ?

    As explained in your other thread about this, back when it was an emergency, it's a basic HTML form. You don't need a plugin... Just 4 lines of HTML.

      Thanks Nuke07 I really appreciate it and yes I found a pretty cool plugin and also found a cool guy on fiverr that created a small HTML cold the same day of my order.
      as for the tire kickers who only comments on people's threads without really giving value and helping them out I would say go do something helpful instead of waiting your time here and there. that is my best advice.

        Apologies if you didn't like the attitude you received, if perhaps you had explained yourself in any way shape or form you would have seen a different response. To be fair, I did answer your question about how it was done it both threads - I assumed that was enough information. Had you asked for an example or some elaboration on the process, I would have gladly provided it .
