Make Your Aff Links nofollow

It can't be done just by installing a wordpress plugin, because the links are controlled by another plugin the "perfect post" plugin.

Does anyone know how to make this plugin make all the links nofollow?

Simple search reveals a number of options:

You would need to edit the Perfect Post plugin to add the nofollow attribute to the links.
