Extended Help with website/ blog

Hi Fellow Warriors,fairly new here so built my first site and down my research on building around muscle building nutrition niche and around the "muscle building cookbook- anabolic cookbook by dave ruel".

If I Could have any feedback on improving it, i was thinking weather i need to change the theme and rankings etc,

    I think it looks pretty good. Nice clean layout. Green is not "my" color, but looks good.

    This probably a little thing, but it help to change up some of the font colors. Just seems that everything seems to blend in a little too much. Like maybe changing title colors, bold, or something to make them "pop".

    Might also help to add some white space, so many big paragraphs, not fun for every one to read.

    But it's a real nice start

    Nice! Though one thing that caught my eye right away was your image in the sidebar. I would recommend centering it, it looks slightly odd all the way to the left.

    Hey Elijah the site looks very nice. there are minor things i you might consider changing. The site is very easy on the eye and even a little to soft and even a little blury on some devices you might want to sharpen it just a little bit but not to much. Also using both "who am I" on every page and "About me" page as well is perhaps a little bit of an "overkill"
    As a little extra advice you might want to collect perhaps 10 recipes of your own and put it in a pdf format and give it away as you build an email list from the visitors to your site. You could put a link to your landing page in stead of the link to the sales page and then send people from your landing page to the sales page you are promoting.
    Just my two cents. keep up the good work.

      wow guys thanks so much i haven't been on in a few days since posting this and was suprised to see visits on my site from here and even more suprised with the amount of positive and helpful feedback, thanks so much so i will get right on changing the logo position and add more white space in and un-bulk those paragraphs, adding an email list optin form and link it into the post.

      Any Tips on google ranking to move up a bit more and get more traffic and establish myself as more of an authority,

    Let me know what you think, i couldn't find a way to make the header imaged centered so im not sure on that lol and put the link to capture page in my main review instead of the sales page.
