Dumb Question

I've been using Flexibility for 5 years, dopey old free Flexibility.

But as my CSS skills got better and better, I found it an easy framework to customize. Or maybe I just knew my way around.

I'm building some simple affiliate sites, and they need just a no brainer right sidebar theme that I can customize.

Is there any reason I should not use Flexibility if I'm faster and better at customizing it and can get the sites developed faster?

I mean does Google hate the theme, or it's just a theme?

  • Its just a theme. I have been using Flexsqueeze (Flexibility's big brother) for about that amount of time and it has served me well.

Ryan's new edition of that is even better.
  • My other thing about Flexibility is the SO many people use it. I've seen it so many times. One IM guru has also pushed it, so the herd followed.

1000's of right side bar themes. You could even start with the wordpress team default theme's they are actually pretty good.
  • It's used a lot for affiliate sites.
What really matters is the content and how its presented.
    Customize the theme accordingly.
    Cheers
