Hi here,

So I want over people to write blogs on my website but I dont want them to use wrdpress interface. Anything on your mind ?

    wordpress is merely a cms (content management system). if you don't like it, you can use another cms like xoops, or joomla. most of them are built on php. if you're wanting a particular site design you can post your needs on odesk, or another site that enables you to hire a programmer to meet your needs...

    oh and as far as getting people to write articles for your site, you can check out fiverr. i've never used it personally, but i hear about it a lot...
