Website Development Pricing

Hi everybody!

I'm trying to figure out how much I should charge to develop a fairly simple single page website (excluding hosting and domain costs). This is the first site I've developed for someone so any insight to pricing would be great!

Here are some details:
- It's already been developed in WIX and he wants me to convert that into "from scratch" coding with a few modifications.
- Not a lot of content
- Minimal interactivity
- For a small business
- Some graphic design
- Friend discount?

    • At the moment I'm working about 50 hrs/week on average so pretty valuable, but the site shouldn't take very long to develop.

      What would a site like this typically go for? I was thinking $100 - 200 but I really have no idea.

      I'm a computer science graduate and I could probably finish the site in a day or two.

  • I'd say $75 would be fair.
    That's what I'd do it for.

  • Dont charge less than $500-600.. It is still cheap. But atleast give some value to your skills.
  • I don't think any one can give you 500$ for one page website. Go for a price that you deserve.
