Does my Site Look Ready To Promote Yet?

Hello Warriors,

I just wanted to get your opinion on my newest site?

To me Scripts2sell.com is looking and working good, but I would love to hear your feedback..

    I get the impression from reading the copy on the site that you don't actually know anything about the scripts you are selling. I don't know if you do or not, however, the focus seems to be all about the power of the scripts and how much money you save without actually showcasing any examples of what any of them do. Scripts don't do much without the technical skill to apply them.

    If your going to sell someone with no skills a version of Oscommerce, you are effectively selling them a technical nightmare of dystopian proportions.

    The site isn't responsive either, which counts heavily against it in a world where more that half of web browsers are running on mobile devices.

      Just to add (re-reading my post it did sound a bit negative!), I think you could certainly shift more of these script bundles if you showcased the best ones on your own page. I.E. if you could spin off mini niche ventures that actually use them, then you would be better placed to actually sell them.

      Oscommerce used to be a real nightmare to use. I don't know if this has changed much since I last used it a few years ago.

    That's one of the things that puzzles me about these sorts of PLR sites. It's really simple (takes a couple of mouse clicks) to find all of the other sites using the same template, For example:

    Google image reverse image lookup

    There are 193 other sites selling the exact some product, using the exact same images, selling the same 7 year old php scripts. How is that supposed to work? Google will never rank a site with duplicate content. Google will never rank a site with duplicate images.

    Can anyone enlighten me on this?

    You can start promoting the site right now... the sooner you start the better.

    Having said that i think your site needs a lot of work. It looks like its done by a 10 year old. The main thing that irritates me is the backround and when i am scrolling the site actually makes my head hurt.
