Help: Getting Around Wordpress's Download Managers Size Limit

I'm trying to get around Wordpress's upload/download size limit. What I'm really trying to do is sell digital products as OTO's. So people are saying get a membership site Pluggin like DAP, but then get them to a page within the membership where they can download it. But most of my file sizes are way to big to be uploaded to Wordpress's download managers. What can I do to get around this?

Get an Amazon S3 account for your downloads or depending on your downloads and other factors, there's always sites like Mediafire that you can get a premium account to use.
Security and link sharing would be one of your major concern.

    Hi MoneyKattz,

I recommend that you store your files on Amazon S3. At DAP, we offer a plugin called S3MediaVault (free with most DAP licenses) that allows you to connect your web site to Amazon S3, and then publish links to media, or a video/audio player on a page on your web site.

These links are secure and expiring, so the viewer will not be able to share them (technically, they can - but they won't work once they've expired).

And then you would use a membership plugin like DAP to further protect the page itself from being accessed by un-authorized members.

See this article that explains this in detail.

    Hope this helps.
