Looks like a perfectly good site for posting classified ads. However, it takes a lot more than just that to make a site that people use. How are you planning to attract visitors? Classified ads work in newspapers because the newspaper has a defined circulation. I.E. if I pay to put a classified ad in a newspaper I know that a certain number of people will see it.

I don't see any incentive on of the site to either encourage people to visit it, or to encourage people to actually post on it. You need to sell people the concept of posting an add on your site. At the moment this very much seems to be a case of "if I build it they will come". This never actually works at all, anywhere.

You need more content to explain to potential advertisers why they should bother posting on your site. You need to give it some personality and life. You logo graphics look as though you did them in five minutes in Windows paint with a blindfold on. This is one area on the site where you can make a quick difference.

Also the site seems massively nebulous. You have Delhi and Illinois next to each other. This totally detracts from the credibility of the site. A far better idea would be to start it as a smaller niche classified site working in a specific town or city. This is basically how Facebook started. It's far easier to market to a specific geographical niche. Once you have captured a niche geographic market you can scale it. Don't start with the whole freaking world or you are doomed from the outset.

It's neat and so simple.

Good design but the main font is a little strange to me.
