Hello guys,

Could you please take a look at this site http://www.deoluakinyemi.com and tell me if this was done with word press and can i have a site like that designed with all the links active and how long will it take? Any resource that can show me how to do that for free or do I have to get a designer?

    nobody answered the rest of your question.
    go to wordpress.org and download wordpress.
    install it on your server.
    go to that theme site and buy that theme and install it on wordpress
    or, go to one of the free wp theme sites ( or wordpress.org ) and get one similar to it and install it.
