Hi folks,
I've just spent two hours looking for the answer to this in vain, so please understand that I am not just coming straight here to waste anyone's time. I know people who understand this kind of thing are very busy people and I appreciate any help I can get!

Here's the help I need, if anyone could spare a few minutes:

I created a sales page on my new site - it uses Genesis "Generate" child theme.

The template I used for the landing page is this: Genesis Sales Page Template Simplified and Beautified

The menu is still there at the top of the page and I want to comment it out or remove it for pages using the sales page template.

How do I do this?

Thanks a lot if you can help.
Dave

Follow in reverse the directions for making the top nav appear as from the page you gave us a link to: " If you want to include the top header bar (on ALL of your sales pages) just remove the comment marks in the page_sales.php file on lines 40 and 55. "

Thanks - I'm not sure if I follow what you are saying though - the header is gone, it;s just the nav links that are there...

See the top - About Blog & Contact menu items? That's what I want to get rid of (the header has already been removed)
