How to use JS folder in root directory for same two pages?

Hi all,
I have two pages in my root directory which both has their own separate js folder for each one and each has the link for js folder inside the file.
I cant upload two js folder with the same name on my root .
can anyone tell me please how can I use and combine to use these on my root for both and also how to manage the link inside each file to its own js folder?

    Without any further details, this is just qualified guesswork...

    Make a backup and then :

    Copy one of those duplicate folders' content into the other. And then upload "other". So you will have on "JS" folder that holds all the files from both pages. The pages will sort out themselves what file to pick and which to ignore.

    Give it a try, it should work w/o issues.
