All in one SEO plugin is the best one I had used in wordpress, there are many more but I like it the most.

I don't know about the best but here is one a bought - GeoCraft v2 - City Directory WordPress Theme Business | InkThemes

I postponed developing the site and forgot I bought this until seeing this post.

I searched the WSOs and found the one I bought -GeoCraft Business Directory Listing WordPress Theme. Didn't remember spending so much for it ($97.00 US).
Guess now is a good time to restart my project again.

Also! the price is the same only thing is the WSO has a bonus. I suggest confirming before purchase.

Just found out that theme doesn't have a 'CLAIM' feature. This a must have if you want to populate the directory with free listing. Ugghh.
