Hi,

I couldn't seem to find other threads on this topic. Further, I think I am posting the right place - if not I will remove it again.

Can you recommend a free (or cheap) online form that I can embed into my website in order to collect data.

However, I need an online form that are less "spacy" as I look to collect much data.

    You can use free google form to build a form like this.JotForm is also a handy one. If you using wordpress on your website then you can use contact form 7 plugin to make form like that.

      Do you know how I may organizing text fields to be horizontal? In other words, I want to place 2 or 3 questions in each row in order to save space like here:

    https://www.emailmeform.com is the best imo. Why are they the best? >>Branch Logic...this means you can create a question with multiple choices and one of the choices can then have multiple options below it.

    This is a huge deal for companies offering multiple product options, and even when it comes to filling out a simple address form that asks if they're in an apartment, and then prompts the customer for a gate code, building number or apt complex name.
