I want to clone this site and make a trending content sharing site. Can u tell me which theme is this site using? It us also using a front end user post submission feature..

  That's a really useful link, I always used to View Source and dig around for the theme name, then Google search. Particularly useful that it detects what plugins are being used.

Search for a Content Sharing WordPress Theme and for the scrolling look for Infinite Scroll plugin if not built into theme.

Why not come up with something original? Cloning it might even get you into trouble, they probably use a custom made theme, which basically belongs to them, you're not allowed to "steal"it, however no one can blame you for using it as inspiration!
