for a new project I'm trying to create an pretty professional website for rental holiday house/apartments. I'm hoping some WARRIORS can give me advices in case of special themes and/or plugins for my purpose.

There are so many offers of development companies with different features and designs to choose from. So, I need advice based on firsthand experience.
